General Policy
Check In Time: 2:00 p.m. 
Check Out Time : 11:00 a.m. 

Check out after 11:00 a.m. will not be granted without prior approval and is not guaranteed. 
All special requests are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and may incur additional charges. 
Ozark Inn & suites Motel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival. 

Payment Policy

Upon check-in, photo identification and credit card is required. To prevent credit card fraud we cannot accept credit card payments without the card present and the credit card must be in the name of the person checking in. We cannot accept a credit card with your spouses name on it, or anyone else's, unless they are present to show identification and sign the receipt.

Applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. Changes to your reservation may change your room rate. 

Cancellation Policy
Guest can cancel up until 4:00 PM day of check in with no charge, after that first night will be charged. 

24 Hours cancellation is required for ALL rooms during holidays and special events.

No-show Policy
No-Shows will pay 100% of the first nights stay and the remainder of your stay, if applicable, will be cancelled. 

Children Policy
All children are welcome. Infants are considered children. Up to 2 children under 12 years stay free in accommodations with multiple beds. In accommodations with multiple beds, there is a $10 charge for any child 12 through 20 years. 

Housekeeping / Maid service

It is our policy to clean the rooms before you check in and after you check out. We do not enter your room during your stay, unless required for maintenance or emergency. If you need fresh towels or linens, please bring your used towels/linens to the office once a day and we will supply you with fresh items. For a nominal fee, housekeeping services can be provided. Please notify the desk at check-in.

Room Inventory
Items in rooms are inventoried during check-out. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the card on file or taken from the cash deposit. All rooms (even those rented for extended periods of time) upon check-out must be in as close to original condition as possible. 
Lost / Damaged keys: $10 Fee per key

Emergency Maintenance
Management reserves the right to enter any room at reasonable hours for emergency maintenance. Loss of television or internet access does not constitute an emergency situation. Guests are asked to not attempt to fix any maintenance issues themselves. Water leaks present a financial risk for the motel. Guests may not prevent management from entering the room in emergency situations.

Cooking Policy
Every room in our motel includes a Mini-Fridge, Microwave and 4-Cup Coffee Maker. Guests may not use their own cooking devices within any room of the motel, nor may they use any open flame cooking device outside of the rooms or in the parking lot.

Pet Policy
Rooms with pets will be charged a daily cleaning fee $10 per room plus tax. 

Extra Beds Policy
All older children or adults are charged $20 per person per night when using existing beds. Extra beds are not available. Children's cots/cribs are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. 

Smoking Policy
We have 100% Non-Smoking and Smoking rooms. If you smoke in any Non-Smoking room it will obligate you to pay a $150 cleaning fee. 

Damage Policy
All guests will be held 100% responsible for all damages done to the property and will be held liable to pay for both loss in physical amenities and properties as well as any loss of estimated future business income for the time required to get the property back to normal working condition.
